(re)connect with your authentic self
Our mission at coandwell is to remind you of your innate wholeness and wisdom. We help you recall the parts of yourself that have been buried beneath survival, expectations, and fear. We help you rediscover the value of returning to your true self. Through somatic and holistic practices, we create space for women to explore, heal, and (re)connect with themselves in a meaningful way.
coandwell is…
A community centered around (co)nnection and (well)ness.
It is a space meant for exploring, revealing + releasing.
Here, we explore parts of yourself that are getting in the way of you achieving optimal wellness (whatever that means for you). We reveal new insights and release old ways of being. We hold space for ways unhealed inner parts impact the choices you make, remind you of how your body responds to triggers and engage in reprogramming to address your limiting beliefs. We collaborate together to help you reconnect with your authentic self, the self that has your best interests in mind and serves to honor you. The you that was once operating from a state of fear, worry and stress is now able to experience joy, pleasure, purpose and love.
♡ Who This Course Is For
This space is for the woman who wants to connect more deeply with herself; to slow down, turn inward, and remember who she is beneath all the roles, expectations, and survival patterns.
It’s for the woman who:
Feels disconnected from herself, her intuition, or her body.
Repeats the same relationship patterns and wants to understand why.
Has done therapy or self-development work but still feels “stuck” in familiar cycles.
Feels anxious, over-responsible, or constantly in “fix it” mode and wants to feel calm, centered, and secure.
This course is especially supportive for women, empaths, healers, and creatives who have spent years tending to others and are now ready to come home to themselves.

Rewrite your inner narrative
Hello! My name is Bebe. I have been a psychotherapist since 2021. My work bridges psychodynamic, attachment theory, and somatic psychology. I earned my Master of Social Work from Rutgers University.
Through this course, I guide women to reconnect with their bodies, calm their nervous systems, and rewrite the stories that shape their lives.
I enjoy having many interests all at once, spending time in nature, helping people, being around animals and making things.
We believe healing begins with remembering who you are beneath the roles, patterns, and protections you’ve developed to survive.
Our approach blends psychodynamic insight, attachment awareness, and somatic integration to help you come home to yourself — with compassion, clarity, and care.
